Thanks for contacting us. The shipment of two chairs and a side table arrived via DHL on schedule and the boxes were in good shape, so we were not concerned. We opened them and assembled the chairs and table fairly easily. Frankly most of the time was spent getting the furniture pieces out of the boxes, but we were impressed with the exceptional quality of the packaging, which insured that the furniture was in absolutely great shape.
We were delighted with the quality of the chairs and table. There is always a risk of ordering online when one cannot examine a product first hand. Your Web page descriptions of the quality of the teak and its origins from a sustainable forest impressed us greatly and we were not concerned that we would be let down on quality. I can now say that we couldn't be more happy with the furniture. It is everything that we hoped for and a great improvement over the inexpensive set that we have used for the past ten years.
I can strongly recommend Westminster Teak to anyone interested in high quality teak furniture.

Assembly is included with this item when this option is selected. With the assembly option selected, orders that are $1500 or over will also include White Glove Service. White Glove Service, in addition to assembly, includes unpacking, placement of furniture as well as removal and disposal of all debris including cartons and wood crating material. In stock cushions and in stock umbrella fabrics will be included with Assembly/White Glove Services. Made to order cushions and made to order umbrella fabrics are shipped separately via UPS and are not included with Assembly/White Glove Services.
