Shipping damage, missing parts, these are two things that we have come to expect when shipping merchandise from the United States to our remote island in the Bahamas. Then there are the idiots that want to charge you Florida sales tax for an export shipment.
When they unloaded our shipment from Westminster Teak off the barge from Marsh Harbor, I was really impressed. Both the table and the 8 chairs were crated in very sturdy manner. After uncrating the shipment, I was amazed that there was NO damage, and NO missing parts. This is almost a first for us.
The assembly went without a hitch, and we are now enjoying our new teak dining set. The table is about 200 feet from the North Atlantic, so it will get the ultimate in corrosion testing.
You can always tell the pros from the amateurs in the export business, and you guys are obviously pros.

Assembly is included with this item when this option is selected. With the assembly option selected, orders that are $1500 or over will also include White Glove Service. White Glove Service, in addition to assembly, includes unpacking, placement of furniture as well as removal and disposal of all debris including cartons and wood crating material. In stock cushions and in stock umbrella fabrics will be included with Assembly/White Glove Services. Made to order cushions and made to order umbrella fabrics are shipped separately via UPS and are not included with Assembly/White Glove Services.
