Received our order on Friday, 12-23. Delivery was in perfect condition! I cannot expess how happy we are with the quality of the teak pieces we purchased. The wood, color, and workmanship are fantastic! The packaging was awesome and nothing but first quality heavy duty boxes as well! I was a bit leary about having to assemble the pieces ... was afraid all the joints would not fit properly and especially worried about the small fragile looking dowels. I was amazed how easily the assembly went and the dowels worked perfctly ... nearly every single dowel went in quite easily. I also noted after assembling the first 1-2 pieces that the dowel edges were slightly shave at one end allowing for an easy and smooth entry. A few dowels required a steel hammer for the last 1/8" or so ....
which I did after completing the eight pieces. I think I only sanded one joint fitting ever so slightly for a perfect fit!
I can tell you this ... I will recommend Westmisnster Teak to all who will surely be asking ...

We needed new patio furniture. And by chance I recently paid $40 for a 5 yr old teak glider, by Smith and Hawken, at a garage sale. It was in great condition but I sanded it lightly and applied some teak oil (which I now know not to do) and placed it on our courtyard patio. White Glove Service, in addition to assembly, includes unpacking, placement of furniture as well as removal and disposal of all debris including cartons and wood crating material. In stock cushions and in stock umbrella fabrics will be included with Assembly/White Glove Services. Made to order cushions and made to order umbrella fabrics are shipped separately via UPS and are not included with Assembly/White Glove Services.

Teak Oil - INDOOR USE ONLY
This application of teak oil will further enhance the warm honey hue of natural teak to rich amber tones. Hand rubbed to ensure even application. Next oiling will not be needed for several years. Recommended for indoor use only.
