The teak patio furniture arrived within the expected time frame (8 chairs, table
and umbrella). It took me less then 20 minutes to have it all assembled
and on the deck. I had one minor problem with the teak umbrella, and was
very pleased with your responsiveness. I had a replacement teakwood umbrella
within 48hrs of speaking with you. You can't beat that type of service,
and all over the internet.
I have retold the story of this buying experience numerous times
already. My family and friends can not believe the quality of the teak patio furniture and how easy it was and pleasant it was to purchase.

Assembly Service Notice
Assembly is included with this item when this option is selected. With the assembly option selected, orders that are $1500 or over will also include White Glove Service. White Glove Service, in addition to assembly, includes unpacking, placement of furniture as well as removal and disposal of all debris including cartons and wood crating material. In stock cushions and in stock umbrella fabrics will be included with Assembly/White Glove Services. Made to order cushions and made to order umbrella fabrics are shipped separately via UPS and are not included with Assembly/White Glove Services.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery when choosing Assembly/White Glove Services. Standard, non-assembled, delivery is 2-10 days.
