Rarely am I blessed with the opportunity to be highly impressed with something I have purchased, particularly one made on-line. I received my shipment of teak furniture last night which was meticulously packaged in a crate custom built just for my order. In addition, the items were shrink wrapped in plastic for further protection. Even the shipping driver was amazed. When I started to take the crate apart and remove the plastic, I was treated yet again to further care and detail in the individual packaging of the furniture. The boxes are the most durable cardboard I have ever touched, they are labled with your logo as well as a perfectly dimensioned
graphic of the item within. The product is strapped and more cardboard buffers wood that would have touched other wood, limiting dings during transit. Even more impressive was what was contained within. The furniture is beautiful, the finest I have ever seen! And yet even more, those items which needed minor assembly fit perfectly. What a truly exceptional buying experience. I think all shopping should be this pleasurable, unfortunatly
this is not the case. So, when a merchant does an outstanding job it stands to reason to let them know just how terrific a job they are doing. Thank you.

Assembly is included with this item when this option is selected. With the assembly option selected, orders that are $1500 or over will also include White Glove Service. White Glove Service, in addition to assembly, includes unpacking, placement of furniture as well as removal and disposal of all debris including cartons and wood crating material. In stock cushions and in stock umbrella fabrics will be included with Assembly/White Glove Services. Made to order cushions and made to order umbrella fabrics are shipped separately via UPS and are not included with Assembly/White Glove Services.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery when choosing Assembly/White Glove Services. Standard, non-assembled, delivery is 2-10 days.
