I not only ordered some furniture through Michelle, but I also ordered chair cushions and special ordered cushions for some deck benches. Michelle was amazing: patient, thorough, helpful and it was a delight to work with her. Everything has been delivered on schedule and although I am waiting for the special order, I am not concerned. Westminster Teak has proven to be reliable and I have every expectation that the cushions will arrive when promised. If I gave out gold stars, you would be buried in them! Thank you very much.

Assembly Service Notice
Assembly is included with this item when this option is selected. With the assembly option selected, orders that are $1500 or over will also include White Glove Service. White Glove Service, in addition to assembly, includes unpacking, placement of furniture as well as removal and disposal of all debris including cartons and wood crating material. In stock cushions and in stock umbrella fabrics will be included with Assembly/White Glove Services. Made to order cushions and made to order umbrella fabrics are shipped separately via UPS and are not included with Assembly/White Glove Services.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery when choosing Assembly/White Glove Services. Standard, non-assembled, delivery is 2-10 days.
