We love our new patio furniture!
I will admit that despite all the wonderful comments and reviews on your website, I had some doubts whether the quality would meet our expectations. Then, much to my dismay, I reversed the billing and shipping address. This created some confusion and it took a bit longer to get our furniture.
I need not have worried. Our Vogue patio sets are lovely, striking in their contemporary simplicity. We love the quality of both the stainless and teak. The chairs are sturdy enough for the big men in our family and comfortable enough for all sizes.
Now we just need to decide if we want to order an extra bench.
I also want to thank all the people who helped us get the furniture delivered to the correct address, even though it was my error which caused the problem. You do indeed have great customer service to back up your products.

Assembly Service Notice
Assembly is included with this item when this option is selected. With the assembly option selected, orders that are $1500 or over will also include White Glove Service. White Glove Service, in addition to assembly, includes unpacking, placement of furniture as well as removal and disposal of all debris including cartons and wood crating material. In stock cushions and in stock umbrella fabrics will be included with Assembly/White Glove Services. Made to order cushions and made to order umbrella fabrics are shipped separately via UPS and are not included with Assembly/White Glove Services.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery when choosing Assembly/White Glove Services. Standard, non-assembled, delivery is 2-10 days.
