The shipment arrived intact. I had to return the umbrella due to a defect but so far that has been hassle free. I dreaded the assembly until I opened the boxes and realized how simple it would be to assemble. We assembled 12 teak chairs and the teak table in about 90 minutes. I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship--everything lined
up and fit perfectly.

Assembly is included with this item when this option is selected. With the assembly option selected, orders that are $1500 or over will also include White Glove Service. White Glove Service, in addition to assembly, includes unpacking, placement of furniture as well as removal and disposal of all debris including cartons and wood crating material. In stock cushions and in stock umbrella fabrics will be included with Assembly/White Glove Services. Made to order cushions and made to order umbrella fabrics are shipped separately via UPS and are not included with Assembly/White Glove Services.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery when choosing Assembly/White Glove Services. Standard, non-assembled, delivery is 2-10 days.

This application of teak oil will further enhance the warm honey hue of natural teak to rich amber tones. Hand rubbed to ensure even application. Next oiling will not be needed for several years. Recommended for indoor use only.
