Rarely am I blessed with the opportunity to be highly impressed with something I have purchased, particularly one made on-line. I received my shipment of teak furniture last night which was meticulously packaged in a crate custom built just for my order. In addition, the items were shrink wrapped in plastic for further protection. Even the shipping driver was amazed. When I started to take the crate apart and remove the plastic, I was treated yet again to further care and detail in the individual packaging of the furniture. The boxes are the most durable cardboard I have ever touched, they are labled with your logo as well as a perfectly dimensioned
graphic of the item within. The product is strapped and more cardboard buffers wood that would have touched other wood, limiting dings during transit. Even more impressive was what was contained within. The furniture is beautiful, the finest I have ever seen! And yet even more, those items which needed minor assembly fit perfectly. What a truly exceptional buying experience. I think all shopping should be this pleasurable, unfortunatly
this is not the case. So, when a merchant does an outstanding job it stands to reason to let them know just how terrific a job they are doing. Thank you.

White Glove Service, in addition to assembly, includes unpacking, placement of furniture as well as removal and disposal of all debris including cartons and wood crating material. In stock cushions and in stock umbrella fabrics will be included with Assembly/White Glove Services. Made to order cushions and made to order umbrella fabrics are shipped separately via UPS and are not included with Assembly/White Glove Services.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery when choosing Assembly/White Glove Services. Standard, non-assembled, delivery is 2-10 days.

Teak Oil - INDOOR USE ONLY
This application of teak oil will further enhance the warm honey hue of natural teak to rich amber tones. Hand rubbed to ensure even application. Next oiling will not be needed for several years. Ships in 2-4 weeks.
Teak Protector - INDOOR & OUTDOOR USE
Teak Protector is a water-based formula that maintains the original color of teak up to 4 times longer than without protection applied. The environment in which the teak is used will dictate the frequency of reapplication. Teak Protector Finish used OUTDOORS is expected to last 6 months to 2 years depending on personal preference, applications and location. Reapplication times will increase after continued applications. Ships in 2-4 weeks.
Marine Gloss Finish - INDOOR & OUTDOOR USE
Our Marine Gloss Finish is a protective finish specifically formulated to use on interior or exterior wood surfaces exposed to water, sunlight and changes in temperature. The UV blockers contained in this breathable finish reduces the effects of fading caused by the sun. The Marine Gloss Finish used OUTDOORS is expected to last 1 to 3 years depending on personal preference, applications and location. Yacht Marine Finish - INDOOR & OUTDOOR USE
The Yacht Marine Grade Hi-Gloss Finish has been developed to withstand the harsh outdoor saltwater environment. Multiple coats of epoxy are used to completely seal the wood and keep the products waterproof. Then the highest quality automotive polyurethane is sprayed on for a
crystal clear hi-gloss finish with complete UV resistance. Once sprayed, every piece is then wet-sanded and buffed if necessary to give them their flawless yacht styled look. The Yacht Marine Finish used OUTDOORS is expected to last 5 years or more depending on personal preference and location.
