All custom orders are made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable unless error or defect is in manufacturing. This includes ALL SALES OF NON-STOCK CUSHIONS, INCLUDING C.O.M. (Customer's Own Material). A non-refundable, 50% deposit, is required on all custom orders.
Teak Treatment is a custom process that will remain permanent to the wood surface. All purchases made with Teak Treatment Services included are not returnable.
Charges on all Special Delivery Services including all Inside Deliveries and White Glove Delivery will not be refunded.
Tangent Covers may not be used, washed, altered or damaged and must be suitable for resale. If the cover has been taken out of the box and left on the furniture overnight, that cover is not returnable. If you are unsure of the look or size, please keep the cover in the box and inside. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
White Glove Services include unpackaging, assembly and placement of furniture as well as removal and disposal of all packaging material. It does not include any custom work that may need to be done to assure a fit to the desired location.
In stock cushions and umbrella fabrics will be included with White Glove Services. Made to order cushions and umbrella fabrics are shipped separately via UPS and are not applicable to White Glove Services.
