What caught my eye was the reference to The Wall Street Journal plug. That put you into the picture as I figured the WSJ would not allow their name used if untrue. Secondly, your web site was well designed and very easy to use. One plus two equalled order in this case. The second order was a result of how pleased we were with the bench and side tables from the initial order. They were very well built and easy to assemble.

Assembly is included with this item when this option is selected. With the assembly option selected, orders that are $1500 or over will also include White Glove Service. White Glove Service, in addition to assembly, includes unpacking, placement of furniture as well as removal and disposal of all debris including cartons and wood crating material. In stock cushions and in stock umbrella fabrics will be included with Assembly/White Glove Services. Made to order cushions and made to order umbrella fabrics are shipped separately via UPS and are not included with Assembly/White Glove Services.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery when choosing Assembly/White Glove Services. Standard, non-assembled, delivery is 2-10 days.

Teak Protector is a water-based formula that maintains the original color of teak up to 4 times longer than without protection applied. The environment in which the teak is used will dictate the frequency of reapplication. Teak Protector Finish used OUTDOORS is expected to last 6 months to 2 years depending on personal preference, applications and location. Reapplication times will increase after continued applications. Ships in 2-4 weeks.
