Thank you for the follow up inquiry. The shipment was received in good condition. One of the exterior cardboard boxes on the table top was smashed & torn, however the table was undamaged. Very professional and friendly customer service - We ordered a teak patio furniture set and received it via UPS in Southern Utah. The order was delivered on the promise date. We had breakage with one of the chairs; we contacted Westminster Teak with the damage information. They responded very promptly and worked with us to return the damaged chair and replace it at no cost to us. Outstanding customer service...supportive and professional.
