Our teak bench arrived safe, sound, and on time. It was a present for my husband to put in his garden, but he likes it so much he doesn't want to put it outside. I keep telling him it is meant to weather the elements. We'll see when spring comes. Thank you.

With regards to your questions about our recent purchase from you, I (as well as the delivery person) was very impressed by your packaging job. Our 5ft. teak bench (which we love) arrived intact, but it was quite apparent that it had endured numerous "bumps & bruises" along the way. Using a wood frame to protect the cardboard and the contents seemed to provide a much needed safety shield for the teak bench.
