WARRANTY

Westminster Teak warrants to the original purchaser, that our furniture and its components are free of defects in material and workmanship. If you find a defect in material or workmanship, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective components at no cost to you.

All warranties are not transferable and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In no event shall Westminster Teak be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

• Improper assembly
• Modification/s after purchase
• Intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear which includes weathering and checking
• Damage that was a direct affect of weather related conditions

Commercial Warranty

All Westminster Teak furniture warranties are limited to three years of commercial use. The exception to this policy is our umbrellas which carry a one (1) year commercial warranty only.

Concealed Damage

We highly recommend that you unpack all packages within 48 hours of delivery of your order. Notify us and the carrier's agent of any damage to the product. Save all cartons and packing materials so that they can be used in the case a return is necessary. Take digital photos of the damage product and packages for claims where applicable.
