The bench parts were well-packaged so there was no damage when the box arrived. The product is beautifully designed and crafted. Assembly was easy. I did the whole thing by myself in about one hour. The curvature of the back is just right although a cushion makes it feel even better. The edge of the seat is just flat and wide enough for me to set down a mug of coffee. The color has lightened (and will probably turn to a shade of grey based on previous experience of owning teak) after about one month of exposure and it simply looks more natural.
