We received the package intact and sooner than expected. The assembly went without a hitch, with a couple of the dowels protruding a little, which may be due to very humid weather here in Honolulu.These could be sanded down if we cared to. You guys are the best customer service group I have ever dealt with, including those I have managed at Hilti and Lennox and the smaller portfolio companies that we have owned. Responsive, lightening fast and absolutely reliable. I was bragging on your service to my wife after my fist experience just a week ago, and you continue to surpass my expectations. By way of example, we ordered a coffee table for our cabana from another company and learned after one day that the product was in stock, and then three days later another message arrived advising they were now preparing it for shipment, and then three days later I called but it took another day to confirm the delivery date. (And at each juncture, I dealt with a different person.) So, they’re good, but not excellent, and we’re “satisfied” but not “exuberant”. Westminster Teak, on the overhand, sent a confirmation within an hour or so with a targeted delivery date that was well within our target, and then you beat that date by a day or two. Then we decided we wanted a larger size so you arranged pickup quickly and simultaneous shipping of the new table for delivery before our original “hoped for” day (Thanksgiving), and did not double charge my credit card. And when I had a question or request, you replied by e-mail within an hour, or in this latest case just a few minutes. With the quality of your products and superb customer service, I am now an “exuberant” customer for life! Thanks so very much.

I got the goods and boy were they good! The shipment came when they said it would; the pieces were well packaged and protected; they fit together so well that it took me less than an hour to put together 7 pieces; their were no blemishes scratches or nicks; the thick strong members were pristene with a rich color ; it looks made for the long haul; the recipients were duly surprised and they loved it; all he has to do is shave off and sand a little peg overage and he is not complaining about that!
