Dear Westminster Costumer Service: Thanks so much for your email to check on my recent order. I must admit that when my first purchase arrived, I was very concerned that the steamer chair inside would be damaged. I have attached some pictures that I took of the box, but in all honesty the lighting is such that one cannot really tell how damaged the box was. The UPS man noted on his report that the box was damaged to be helpful to me in case the chair was damaged. Luckily, the chair was not damaged at all in shipment. The second chair that I ordered arrived in a box that was in much better condition and the chair was fine. My initial opinion of the steamer lounge that I bought was so high that I purchased a second one to go with it. One reason I made the first purchase was because of the guarantee/warranty on the wood and the brass hardware. Once I actually saw the chair, I liked it so much I ordered the second. I have already told some friends about your products and how happy I am with them. Thanks again and take care,

Big storm brings on outstanding customer service - I have dealt with Westminster Teak for over 5 years. They have the most couteous and conscientous customer service reps I have ever dealt with. My problem this time was a wind storm that broke our umbrella. We needed a new umbrella cover. The color we wanted is not one of the stock colors, but they are getting it for us and in the interim sent us a black cover to use until the other one arrives in 6-12 weeks. The black cover was free and is ours to keep! Then one of the spokes on the umbrella was broken. They asked for a photo. They then told us that we didn't need to buy an entire umbrella, we could just buy the wooden spoke and then they sent directions on how to replace the spoke. This is incredible service. I will continue to buy from them for as long as I live!
