I am pleased to report that our order arrived promptly in good shape. It only took us approximately 2 hours to assemble our backless teak bar stools. They look great and are very comfortable. It started with me placing the order via the web(extremely user friendly) to a very courteous delivery person who carried the box(bench) to our back patio, to the unpacking and assembly of a very high quality product. My nine year old daughter and I put together three of the teak patio chairs and the teak coffee table in about an hour and a half.
