Westminster Teak has an exceptional product with outstanding customer service! - My husband I have purchased several pieces from this company. They are not only beautiful, but are extremely well made and are exactly what you think they should be and more. Recently, we ordered a large piece of furniture that had glass shelving. One of the shelves would not fit in correctly, so I called to see what we could do. Without hesitation, they were ready to ship out a new piece (which would have been expensive) and allow us to receive the new piece and use the shipping materials to pack the old one, which they would pick up for return. I was absolutely astonished that this was offered without my having to ask. Instead, offered that my husband would try to sand the wood slightly to get the glass to fit, but wanted to make sure that if it didn't work, they would take it back after we sanded it. Not a problem at all. We were able to fix the issue on our own and could not be happier with the piece. This level of customer service and superior product is hard to find and I would absolutely order from them again, and would not hesitate to tell anyone that they could not go wrong ordering from Westminster Teak.

Happy in Portland- We ordered a teak privacy screen, and it's beautiful!! It fits right in with the rest of the teak furniture perfectly. I love how it came unfinished so we are able to use the same teak oil we have used in the past. Only had one small issue. Ordered it and realized it would arrive while out of town, so I called and ask for a delay on shipment, which they did hold for a few days but it still arrived while out of town. UPS held it until I was able to make an appointment. (kind of my fault). The piece arrived undamaged and is exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this company!
