Before purchasing from your company I did some "research" from others that had dealt with you. I was convinced when I bought the few pieces I did that I would be satisfied with your styling and handicraft. I only recently learned of another outstanding attribute your customers enjoy and that's your service. I only recently noticed that when I took my teak deck furniture from its winter hibernation that two pieces of hardware that fasten the foot rest to the Barbuda Captain Teak Steamer were missing and nowhere to be found. I contacted you by Email and you asked if I could send a photo of the effected area which I did. Your almost instantaneous reaction was to let me know that you were aware of my problem and only the fact that one of your facilities had recently been flooded prevented you from curing my problem. This week I received what I needed and, indeed, rather than sending two of the needed pieces you sent me eight. I just received our rocking chair and I'm extremely pleased with it. The box arrived in a plywood frame that looked like it would withstand a tornado. The chair took less than 10 minutes to put together and it's now proudly sitting on our porch.
