Hello Westminster Teak, Your product arrived in excellent condition. I'm very pleased with the design, fit, and finish, and overall quality of your product. The only assembly difficulty I had was assembling the legs for the Somerset Chaise Lounger. On the first leg I assembled I installed the four small side braces that attach the legs to the main chaise assembly upside down. Your instructions were clear in how they should have been installed, I just missed it. No big problem, as I got the connecting dowels out and properly reinstalled the pieces. It was not apparently possible to improperly install pieces on your other assemblies by design. Be assured that should I require any additional outdoor furniture, you will get the business.

On the day of my searcgh you were offering a special sale, but I needed an additional day to go home and measure the bar height to make sure the stools were the right size. Your customer service rep via phone was very helpful and gave me a 24 hour "gratis" period to complete the findings on my end. The product was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape. I am no "handyman" but set up was easy, and the product is beautiful. I love the dowels (sp) and appreciate that there is no hardware to rust or turn color,especially important for outdoor furniture.
