Thanks for the prompt delivery of my teak bench. The bench arrived exactly two days after having ordered. The bench arrived in perfect condition and was a snap to assemble. As you probably know, there is some risk associated with ordering something like furniture online. There is no chance for inspection prior to purchase. I am more than pleased with the quality of the piece and the finish. Having inspected numerous teak manufacturers and individual pieces of furniture, I would say that the piece I ordered from Westminster Teak is equal to or superior to many and certainly better priced. Kudos for producing such an excellent product and for providing top-notch service.

Everything arrived OK. Just one small issue. On one of the chairs, the hole that holds down the seat...the hole was not drilled deep enough for the screw. We just left it. all the other chairs were fine. It just holds it down, not together, so I don't think it will be too much of an issue! I do have to say, the woman who sold me on the set was excellent!! Her name is Flo, and she did such a great job!! i will and have recommended Westminster Teak to all my friends. She really made the experience a pleasant one!! We had a large party on Saturday and everyone commented on the table and chairs. I hope you get more business from this!

Outstanding Experience- Everything was absolutely perfect! I was kept informed throughout the process; everything happened as promised; the bench arrived in perfect condition; the packaging was very meticulously done; the bench was without flaw; and the instructions were very easy to understand. (I would recommend that a sentence be added about the screws as to when they are installed. The screws are pictured but not mentioned in the narrative.).
