Thank you for my first towel rack shelf and first purchase from your company. The gorgeous shelf arrived safely and soundly in timely fashion. Where is the product made? I think the ad said made in USA. One of the metal rob hooks has a distinctly 'this product was individually welded' look which reminds of my childhood friends father who was a welder for general dynamics for years. The shelf is perfect and can't wait to hang it this week once the tile shower is grouted. The shelf enhances the home spa look for this tiny condominium master bath complete remodel. On the day of my searcgh you were offering a special sale, but I needed an additional day to go home and measure the bar height to make sure the stools were the right size. Your customer service rep via phone was very helpful and gave me a 24 hour "gratis" period to complete the findings on my end. The product was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape. I am no "handyman" but set up was easy, and the product is beautiful. I love the dowels (sp) and appreciate that there is no hardware to rust or turn color,especially important for outdoor furniture.
