The shipment arrived intact, wonderfully packed, which was very reassuring, as the likely hood that anything would have damaged the contents of the crates was nil unless the crates were damaged, and those were completely intact. It was extremely easy to put together, very well marked and explained. The quality is truly amazing, the finish is superior to anything else on the market and only comparable to Barlow Tyrie, whom I have bought from in the past. As a price comparison there is really no longer any justification for me to buy from anyone else but you, and you have definitely secured another client in me. I will be ordering more items in early spring, next year, as we are past the season now. Honestly I was impressed beyond words, I now think that Barlow Tyrie and Gloster are over priced, you have definitely killed the competition, it's just that people are not aware of Westminster Teak and generally buying something over the internet without having seen it is difficult. Your guarantee puts that to rest, except returning items is not easy either. I think Brand awareness should be your only concern, and I am sure you are doing something about it. I think that once people have seen the furniture, touched it, and are able to compare it, you would have won the battle... I will never buy from anyone else, and will try and talk people out of the other high end brands on the market, by vouching for your quality personally.
