Great product- We just received our second order from Westminster teak. We could not be any happier with the product. The quality of the wood is perfect and assembly is simple. We had one piece damaged during shipping and the customer service made it very easy to arrange sending a new one. On the day of my searcgh you were offering a special sale, but I needed an additional day to go home and measure the bar height to make sure the stools were the right size. Your customer service rep via phone was very helpful and gave me a 24 hour "gratis" period to complete the findings on my end. The product was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape. I am no "handyman" but set up was easy, and the product is beautiful. I love the dowels (sp) and appreciate that there is no hardware to rust or turn color,especially important for outdoor furniture. Although you were not the cheapest on the web for this product, I am satisfied knowing that I got the quality I paid for. The teak deck furniture arrived in excellent condition - the hard part was getting it out of the crate. After that, because you used bands instead of tape, it was really easy. The driver commented that he wished everybody would do such a good job packing stuff they sent. The chairs were easy to assemble and are just what I thought they would be!
