The furniture that I have received from you is beautifully constructed and elegantly designed, and your customer service is flat out the best of any company I have ever done business with. I know this because it took three shipments before I received an undamaged table, and through all of this, the people at Westminster Teak handled these problems with an unquestioning concern for the customer and a response time that was startlingly fast. No sooner would I e-mail a picture of the damage than a replacement table would be on a truck that same day. The only fault that I can find in this whole process was the crating of the tables.The first Martinique table was damaged by UPSFreight A replacement table was sent and arrived at the house in an undamaged crate. I unpacked and assembled Table Number Two and repacked Table One in Table Two's crate. It wasn't until we started using Table Two that I discovered a crack that ran all the way through one of the leaves' slats. The next day I e-mailed a picture of the crack and offered to uncrate Table One and swap out the damaged part, but soon after, I received a very nice e-mail saying that, as a customer, I shouldn't be expected to do that, and that a replacement table was already on its way.
