We found Westminster Teak on the internet but I phoned your customer service number to place the order. I spoke with Michelle who was very helpful with the order and very knowledgable about teak. She patiently helped me order the perfect set of furniture and feel comfortable with what to expect and how to care for the wood.We purchased your Pacifica spa bench with towel rack and mat. Unfortunatley, I found a small crack in the support strip on the bench seat. Flo in your customer service department was extremely cooperative and we decided to try replacing only the top of the bench. The replacement arrived in just a few days and we put the new top on our bench. This new top looked great but did not line up exactly with the existing legs causing the bench to be slightly uneven on the floor. Again Flo addressed my concerns immediately and the next day Westminster Teak delivered to me a completely assembled perfect bench!This was the best customer service I have ever received. Everyone was courteous, understanding, prompt and made delivery and returns extremely convenient. The furniture is a wonderful honey teak color with a beautiful smooth finish. Each item is extremely well constructed.We love our new bathroom and Westminster Teak is a big part of it. Thank you for providing such a superior product with fantastic customer support
