I got notice that you had received my order and expected to ship the next week. The cart arrived the next day, I think. It takes about as much time to uncrate, knock down and remove nails as it does to assemble. Everything about Westminster Teak is quality. I rounded the head of one of the top Allen bolts and one of the parts on the assembly diagram I think is miss-labeled, but the assembly is easy with the number-matched pieces. I'm using the drink cart as a potting station and it works perfectly. It matches up with the two Westminster Teak chaise chairs we bought last year. People who see it are envious. Our next acquisition will be a 4-place table and chair set. We couldn't be more pleased with the product and service of Westminster Teak. I really love the benches! They are an elegant addition that is now the centerpiece of our new deck. They turned out to be even better than I expected. Dear Customer Service, The table and benches you delivered to us are beautiful! We (you) get lots of compliments from people stopping by. We live on a bluff where it gets rather windy. The benches are a great option - they don't blow around and tip over. The care kit is also very helpful. The furniture arrived in great shape, and in a timely manner. One of the delivery men seemed somewhat annoyed, and unfriendly at first. But once the furniture was in place, he was a little more approachable. We hope to order more furniture for a second home as soon as we get have a confirmed size and installation of the patio. We look forward to doing more business with you.
