My experience with Westminster Teak has been excellent in both ways. The outdoor teak products I bought from this company are beautiful in design as well as material, and were shipped carefully. I plan to enjoy these products for many years. When one of their items had a weakness, which showed up three months after I received it and caused the need for repair, Westminster Teak responded immediately. The company sent a replacement without fuss, and arranged for pickup of the repair item. This was altogether a most pleasant experience.
