Everything arrived OK. Just one small issue. On one of the chairs, the hole that holds down the seat...the hole was not drilled deep enough for the screw. We just left it. all the other chairs were fine. It just holds it down, not together, so I don't think it will be too much of an issue! I do have to say, the woman who sold me on the set was excellent!! Her name is Flo, and she did such a great job!! i will and have recommended Westminster Teak to all my friends. She really made the experience a pleasant one!! We had a large party on Saturday and everyone commented on the table and chairs. I hope you get more business from this!

My shipment arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The assembly was very easy, even though it did not exactly match the diagram. The quality of the bench is outstanding, and the design serves my non-traditional use quite well. I definitely will shop Westminster if I am ever again in the need of teak furniture.
