Thanks for the follow-up. Yes- everything arrived in tact and was so easy to assemble. We are thoroughly pleased with it all. The cushions are wonderful too. We had a storm blow through (and in Oklahoma, our storms BLOW) and a couple of cushions blew into the mud. I let the dirt completely dry and then it just wiped right off with my hand! I was so happy that I didn't have to remove the cover and wash it. I'm already making my list for the next purchase in the spring. We will want to add to our collection. Thanks so much!

Trustworthy and reliable business- I recently purchased a beautiful teak bathtub tray from Westminster Teak. To my dismay, my tub apparently isn't a standard width and the tray didn't fit! I contacted customer service, and they helped me return it to them with no hassles. They arranged for a UPS pickup of the package at no cost to me! and promptly issued me a refund. Thanks for the email. The packaging was first class and the table and chairs arrived in "BRISTOL" condition. We trucked them home to our farm and assembled the table in our airplane hangar. The directions were good and the assembly was uneventful. The way the leaves open and close is a very cleaver design. Wish the leaves in my dining room table worked the same way. It will not be brought out to our swimming pool terrace until the end of May or early June. Thank you for a great product.
