overall good experience- All excellent except the final shipping. You should make it clear to (some) customers that even though there is a UPS tracking number, it may be given to a regular trucking company at some point in the journey. In our case the final trucking company for the delivery to our house was using a full semi-tractor. We are in an area with narrow roads and had a recent 80 mph windstorm that would have made getting to our house very difficult. We made arrangements to meet the truck a mile away so he could easily get back out of the area.

I cannot believe these results- I bought my complete teak picnic table, bench and 4 chairs 16 years ago. At that time I was told no care needed. Teak takes care of itself. I had it out in the yard only one time and it became ashen and just ugly. This year's remodeling now has me place this beautiful table ensemble under a pergola. I bought the kit and only yesterday started to clean it. I was very disappointed after I had cleaned it because it looked worse than before but I continued to follow directions.
