Thank you for my first towel rack shelf and first purchase from your company. The gorgeous shelf arrived safely and soundly in timely fashion. Where is the product made? I think the ad said made in USA. One of the metal rob hooks has a distinctly 'this product was individually welded' look which reminds of my childhood friends father who was a welder for general dynamics for years. The order (which was a present shipped to my parents) did indeed arrive intact. My parents had waited to open the boxes until my husband and I were out with them over Christmas week. (Settling into a new house a mere 2 weeks later prior to the arrival of Christmas guests, I think they were hesitant to begin a new assembly project, particularly as most of our experience in these matters is that these tasks can be a bit more time consuming than one might expect/hope!) So, my husband and my first job upon arrival was to put together the furniture. (Well, we may have indulged in a few Christmas cookies, first,but that was purely for the substanance needed for the job at hand!) I think if my folks (who helped out) had realized how easy this would be (wooden pegs and just one screw - very impressive!) they would have assembled everything the day it arrived; however, I\'m glad they waited as it was great to see first hand the quality of the workmanship, the wood, and how perfectly the pieces fit together. In short my parents were ecstatic and absolutely love the pieces. I am thrilled with the quality and how well they look at their new place. It was exactly the special gift that I was in search of to welcome my parents to their new home and also to thank them for all they have done for me over the years.
