Big storm brings on outstanding customer service - I have dealt with Westminster Teak for over 5 years. They have the most couteous and conscientous customer service reps I have ever dealt with. My problem this time was a wind storm that broke our umbrella. We needed a new umbrella cover. The color we wanted is not one of the stock colors, but they are getting it for us and in the interim sent us a black cover to use until the other one arrives in 6-12 weeks. The black cover was free and is ours to keep! Then one of the spokes on the umbrella was broken. They asked for a photo. They then told us that we didn't need to buy an entire umbrella, we could just buy the wooden spoke and then they sent directions on how to replace the spoke. This is incredible service. I will continue to buy from them for as long as I live!

Yes my order arrived quickly, was packaged well, and had no damage. They look very nice. I'm using them on my boat's deck so I was happy to see the locking pin which keeps them from accidentally folding. Nice touch. They also seem to be very well made. The only problems are minor. The seating height is a bit higher than my other chairs and a little too high for my deck table. I may have to cut an inch or two off the legs. Also the seating surface is not quite as comfortable as my old chairs. The seating surface on my old chairs is slightly concave downward which fits me better than the Wesminster chairs which are convex upward. All in all though I like them. I will probably order two arm chairs soon. Thanks for asking.
