I just received our rocking chair and I'm extremely pleased with it. The box arrived in a plywood frame that looked like it would withstand a tornado. The chair took less than 10 minutes to put together and it's now proudly sitting on our porch. I ordered the chair from Flo and she was wonderful to work with - efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The chair arrived exactly when promised. This won't be the last time I'll be ordering from Westminister Teak.

Big storm brings on outstanding customer service - I have dealt with Westminster Teak for over 5 years. They have the most couteous and conscientous customer service reps I have ever dealt with. My problem this time was a wind storm that broke our umbrella. We needed a new umbrella cover. The color we wanted is not one of the stock colors, but they are getting it for us and in the interim sent us a black cover to use until the other one arrives in 6-12 weeks. The black cover was free and is ours to keep! Then one of the spokes on the umbrella was broken. They asked for a photo. They then told us that we didn't need to buy an entire umbrella, we could just buy the wooden spoke and then they sent directions on how to replace the spoke. This is incredible service. I will continue to buy from them for as long as I live!

Shipments was intact ... not damage at all. Very happy with the product. Assembly was minimal and easily accomplished. Tell folks to READ the instructions though. Also, I HIGHLY recommend investing in your teak oil and treating before ever using the furniture. Brings out the wood grain, and protects the investment.
