Excellent quality, design and construction, but small problem with instructions - We are extremely pleased with the table and chairs. They are well make, sturdy, high quality materials, etc. They were not broken down into too many pieces, so relatively easy to assemble (e.g., only four pieces for each chair). Very well packed for shipping. Showed up in schedule with no damage. The only issue was that the instructions say to match numbers on stickers on each piece to determine which pieces go where. In a number of cases, the numbers were either missing or did not match. Nonetheless, the pieces with missing or mismatched numbers fit together fine, and it was pretty easy to figure out how they were supposed to go. So, not enough of a reason to downgrade to four stars. I would recommend to anyone, and just tell them about this little potential glitch.

The bench arrived in good time and in excellent condition. I took a whole five minutes to attach the legs and seat the teak pins. I attached some spare rubber feet to the legs to keep it from sliding and we put it to use the very day in the new shower. It was everything we wanted and we had looked a lot of places!!! The rocker is together and it is beautiful. However, one of the screw inserts seemed a bit out of alignment and out of reach of the supplied screw. I eventually got it together by partially disassembling the screw to get the reach after purchasing a longer screw to check it to make sure it wasn't stripped.

Excellent Products and Service- My wife and myself were interested in getting a new patio set, with lounge chairs, for Christmas. Westminster Teak provided high quality products (table, six chairs, and two steamer chairs) within 24 hours from their new location in Orange County, where they not only delivered them, but did the minor unpacking and installation. I might add that the table (hide-away leafs) has a very unique design, which allows two leafs to be added in a matter of seconds.
