the product is beautiful there was a piece that broke off btn the bottom screw and the bottom of the piece of teak. we took a picture sent iot to customer service and wre sent some glue - we will definitely be recommending westminster teak to our other clubs

The shipment arrived intact. I had to return the umbrella due to a defect but so far that has been hassle free. I dreaded the assembly until I opened the boxes and realized how simple it would be to assemble. We assembled 12 teak chairs and the teak table in about 90 minutes. Great service & support- It has been many years since we purchased our outdoor Westminster furniture. But the other day we had a part break ...
