i got what i ordered- easy to work with people that have not only a good product but are knowledgeable so it was fast and efficient to order. we are happy and will use our table set for many years. it would be nice to include a bottle of protector even a small one so we can learn how to and be able to buy what they recommend.

This lazy susan arrived in perfect working order and is now out on the table waiting for spring to arrive. Even the box was in almost new shape when it got here although that wasn't what was wrong with the first lazy susan. Love your product!- Both myself and my clients love your furniture. I only had one glitch in the last order! It was great that the merchandise could be delivered directly to my client but what I didn't know is I was going to have to uncrate it and get rid of the wood. It was delivered really late in the afternoon and started turning dark and there was not enough light to see what I was doing and it was not anything I could handle by myself. I had to get help. I was also afraid to leave it since it was not secured so it created a complex situation. With all this said, I love your product but when shipping is to the door I expect boxes not crates!

Answering from work on cell phone, but was afraid to put answering. The chair is everything I hoped it wold be - it is well built and very sturdy. There is no doubt that it not hold the weight of someone pushing up to assist in getting up out of the chair. I picked the pillow fabric from the website and crossed my fingers that it would look as good in person. Shouldn't have worried as it even better than I hoped. Everything was well packed and I have to laugh that I was able to put it together with just a little coaching from my husband. I generally hesitate to buy from a website for fear that a product will not be as good as a photo shows but in this case I'm so glad I did
