Great customer service- I have purchased six of Westminster Teak's backless bar stools. The last one I purchased was a bit unstable. Customer service sent me a fully assembled replacement at no cost to me. They even covered the shipping charges for both the replacement bar stool and the return of my bar stool. Thanks for the note. The product arrived intact and was reasonably easy to assemble. Quality seems very good. The only issue I had was one of the three screws that secure the seat to the back rest popped out. It seems the two remaining are sufficient.

Beautiful products, reliable careful shipping, superb customer service- There are two ways to get to know a company: by its products and by its response when things go wrong. My experience with Westminster Teak has been excellent in both ways. The outdoor teak products I bought from this company are beautiful in design as well as material, and were shipped carefully. I plan to enjoy these products for many years. When one of their items had a weakness, which showed up three months after I received it and caused the need for repair, Westminster Teak responded immediately. The company sent a replacement without fuss, and arranged for pickup of the repair item. This was altogether a most pleasant experience. Great Service- While I have not yet received my furniture as it is being shipped to the Virgin Islands, I cannot comment yet on the quality, although I am sure that I will be pleased.
