Your delivery of an entire Laguna deck set for a 4th of July family gathering and anniversary gift to my parents - made the party and was a tremendous gift to my parents (who have not replaced deck furniture in 25 years). The set is beautiful and the family loves it. Flo in customer service went above and beyond for delivery in a tight time frame. She is amazaing and an asset to your company. Her follow through was tenacious and professional.

Assembly Service Notice
Assembly is included with this item when this option is selected. With the assembly option selected, orders that are $1500 or over will also include White Glove Service. White Glove Service, in addition to assembly, includes unpacking, placement of furniture as well as removal and disposal of all debris including cartons and wood crating material. In stock cushions and in stock umbrella fabrics will be included with Assembly/White Glove Services. Made to order cushions and made to order umbrella fabrics are shipped separately via UPS and are not included with Assembly/White Glove Services.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery when choosing Assembly/White Glove Services. Standard, non-assembled, delivery is 2-10 days.

Important Note: Teak does not have to be treated, it will last a lifetime untreated and weathered. Teak Treatment Service is a optional custom process that will remain permanent to the wood surface. PURCHASES MADE WITH TEAK TREATMENT SERVICES INCLUDED ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Teak Oil - INDOOR USE ONLY
This application of teak oil will further enhance the warm honey hue of natural teak to rich amber tones. Hand rubbed to ensure even application. Next oiling will not be needed for several years. Ships in 2-4 weeks.
Teak Protector - INDOOR & OUTDOOR USE
Teak Protector is a water-based formula that maintains the original color of teak up to 4 times longer than without protection applied. The environment in which the teak is used will dictate the frequency of reapplication. Teak Protector Finish used OUTDOORS is expected to last 6 months to 2 years depending on personal preference, applications and location. Reapplication times will increase after continued applications. Ships in 2-4 weeks.
Marine Gloss Finish - INDOOR & OUTDOOR USE
Our Marine Gloss Finish is a protective finish specifically formulated to use on interior or exterior wood surfaces exposed to water, sunlight and changes in temperature. The UV blockers contained in this breathable finish reduces the effects of fading caused by the sun. The Marine Gloss Finish used OUTDOORS is expected to last 1 to 3 years depending on personal preference, applications and location. The environment in which the teak is used will dictate the frequency of reapplication. Reapplication times will increase after continued applications. Ships in 3-6 weeks
Yacht Marine Finish - INDOOR & OUTDOOR USE
The Yacht Marine Grade Hi-Gloss Finish has been developed to withstand the harsh outdoor saltwater environment. Multiple coats of epoxy are used to completely seal the wood and keep the products waterproof. Then the highest quality automotive polyurethane is sprayed on for a
crystal clear hi-gloss finish with complete UV resistance. Once sprayed, every piece is then wet-sanded and buffed if necessary to give them their flawless yacht styled look. The Yacht Marine Finish used OUTDOORS is expected to last 5 years or more depending on personal preference and location. The environment in which the teak is used will dictate the frequency of reapplication. Ships in 6-12 weeks
