1st Class Operation - When my order arrived it was missing 2 out of 3 items ordered. I contacted Westminster who informed me that the items were indeed shipped together and should have arrived together. They immediately re-shipped the 2 missing items which I received 2 days later. The prompt reply was a great response to a customer problem. (ground shipper had mistakenly separated the items, which were discovered later and returned to sender)

Perfect porch addition! - The four rocking chairs I bought were relatively easy to assemble. The pieces fit well together. The rocker pieces on these rockers are better made than all the other rocking chairs I looked at. The backs have a slight curve which makes the rocking chairs very comfortable.
