I have actually just come in from putting some of your Teak Protector on my new furniture so your email is very timely. First of all, all the furniture showed up it mint condition and the delivery was as you predicted in your correspondance. Your carriers kept me informed and we set up appointments for the delivery. At first, I was hoping the carrier would take the packing material away, but I know you have a disclaimer in your website and as well as it was crated up, he really would have to come back another day which is not feasible. I got a good, close look at the furniture materials and workmanship as I was applying the Protector and I can appreciate the excellent quality of wood, the hardware, and the workmanship you put into your product. Tight, clean and sanded doweling, absence of knotty wood, and a smooth finish impressed me as I compared it to some furniture we had previously acquired. All in all, it was an excellent experience and we would recommend Westminster to any and all whom whould ask.
