Thanks so much for your follow up. Our furniture arrived in perfect condition, with all parts intact. It is just beautiful, and we love it! We are not quite done with our construction project yet, so haven't used it much, but I know if will give us many years of pleasure. Every question and request I had was promptly answered, and Flo was just great to work with---very professional, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Our shipment came and looked great! Once we got our products out and set up we did notice a very small crack in one of the legs of our shelving unit. I called customer service sent a picture and had a resolution unless then 24 hours. Very happy and customer service was very helpful and took care of everything. Nice to order from a company that stands behind their product AND has someone with knowledge that answers the phone to help.

We love our new patio furniture! I will admit that despite all the wonderful comments and reviews on your website, I had some doubts whether the quality would meet our expectations. Then, much to my dismay, I reversed the billing and shipping address. This created some confusion and it took a bit longer to get our furniture. I need not have worried. Our Vogue patio sets are lovely, striking in their contemporary simplicity. We love the quality of both the stainless and teak. The chairs are sturdy enough for the big men in our family and comfortable enough for all sizes. Now we just need to decide if we want to order an extra bench. I also want to thank all the people who helped us get the furniture delivered to the correct address, even though it was my error which caused the problem. You do indeed have great customer service to back up your products.

I was the one to order the set on-line with photos as my guide. When it was shipped, I was out-of-town at military training. My husband (who was concerned about the price), received the table and chairs. With a friend, he assembled the chairs and then called me excitedly. He is absolutely in love with the set.It is well-crafted and beautiful to the eye. The table is gorgeous! I am also pleased with the chairs because they sit so comfortably. Thank you for this follow up. The four chairs arrived just fine. Prior to their arriving, I was particularly concerned with potential shipping damage. That thought immediately was dispelled as soon as the driver unloaded the skid. Your packaging personnel should be commended for doing a great job of crating the chairs. It took a while for me to take the crating apart. But, once I did and opened the first box, I was very pleased with the chair. All four are picture perfect. We couldn't be more pleased.
