Customer Service- I had to replace several wood framing parts due to the wind blowing over my teak table. Not only did they have the right part but customer service guided me through the process. I thought it a long shot but I received the correct pieces, along with the correct replacement screws, in the exact size, shape and color. I had the same helpful and knowledgeable service when I purchased my teak set several years ago. And, the product quality is excellent. I keep it looking brand new. You guys are the best customer service group I have ever dealt with, including those I have managed at Hilti and Lennox and the smaller portfolio companies that we have owned. Responsive, lightening fast and absolutely reliable. I was bragging on your service to my wife after my fist experience just a week ago, and you continue to surpass my expectations. By way of example, we ordered a coffee table for our cabana from another company and learned after one day that the product was in stock, and then three days later another message arrived advising they were now preparing it for shipment, and then three days later I called but it took another day to confirm the delivery date. (And at each juncture, I dealt with a different person.) So, they’re good, but not excellent, and we’re “satisfied” but not “exuberant”. Westminster Teak, on the overhand, sent a confirmation within an hour or so with a targeted delivery date that was well within our target, and then you beat that date by a day or two. Then we decided we wanted a larger size so you arranged pickup quickly and simultaneous shipping of the new table for delivery before our original “hoped for” day (Thanksgiving), and did not double charge my credit card. And when I had a question or request, you replied by e-mail within an hour, or in this latest case just a few minutes. With the quality of your products and superb customer service, I am now an “exuberant” customer for life! Thanks so very much.
