The shipment arrived in perfect condition; not surprising, since it was packed in a crate that resembled a small house! The hardest job I had was getting the crate apart to remove the box--took me about 3 hours in all. Assembly was very easy, and the parts fit perfectly. It was a nice surprise to see that you actually packed extras of all the fasteners.
