Our custom teak patio furniture cover arrived in good shape. So far, it is holding up very well. And it fits quite nicely, even with the high back chairs that we bought. So we are quite satisfied with it thus far. It barely rustles when the wind is blowing 25 to 30 MPH. And it is of significantly higher quality than any of the covers that we have seen in the stores.

Dear Westminster Costumer Service: Thanks so much for your email to check on my recent order. I must admit that when my first purchase arrived, I was very concerned that the steamer chair inside would be damaged. I have attached some pictures that I took of the box, but in all honesty the lighting is such that one cannot really tell how damaged the box was. The UPS man noted on his report that the box was damaged to be helpful to me in case the chair was damaged. Luckily, the chair was not damaged at all in shipment. The second chair that I ordered arrived in a box that was in much better condition and the chair was fine. My initial opinion of the steamer lounge that I bought was so high that I purchased a second one to go with it. One reason I made the first purchase was because of the guarantee/warranty on the wood and the brass hardware. Once I actually saw the chair, I liked it so much I ordered the second.
