I love my new towel shelf- I recently purchased: Code: 18220 Product: Towel Shelf 31.5” Measurements as shown on website are correct. The shelf fits perfectly in my bathroom. I called customer service a couple times prior to purchase and they were helpful. I am pleased with the quality also. I had to schedule the delivery with UPS which was only during my work hours. So I had them leave at my door. When I came home it was on a wooden pallet. It was not difficult to take apart, but it was just a lot of packing materials like the pallet and wood boards around. I did have help taking it apart at my front door then carried it up the stairs. As for holding towels. On one row you can roll about 5-6 bath towels. If you fold washcloths , 5 tall. Hand towels folded 3 tall. I am very pleased with my new teak purchase.
