the product is beautiful there was a piece that broke off btn the bottom screw and the bottom of the piece of teak. we took a picture sent iot to customer service and wre sent some glue - we will definitely be recommending westminster teak to our other clubs

Just wanted to let you know that my husband took an exacto knife and some sand paper to the side of the tower, and was able to take enough off to get the glass to fit. You can't even tell that there was ever an issue. Westminster Teak has completely exceeded my expectations as a consumer.
