Trustworthy and reliable business- I recently purchased a beautiful teak bathtub tray from Westminster Teak. To my dismay, my tub apparently isn't a standard width and the tray didn't fit! I contacted customer service, and they helped me return it to them with no hassles. They arranged for a UPS pickup of the package at no cost to me! and promptly issued me a refund. Rarely do I run into such wonderful customer service anymore...it was a delight to do business with them! (I still pine over having to return the tray...it was so beautifully crafted!)
